Hospice Social Work Intern

The Hospice Social Worker will provide emotional and practical support to patients facing terminal illnesses and their families, helping them navugate the complex challenges of end-of-life care by offering counseling, accessing community resources, facilitating advanced care planning, and providing grief support througout the dying process and bereavement period. Intern Duties: Providing support, Assessing needs, Developing care plans, Providing supportive counseling, Provide crisis intervention.
