Position Title: Events Intern
Location: In-person (Philadelphia area and surrounding communities)
Occasional remote planning meetings via Zoom
Time Commitment: Varies by event | Typically 3 – 8 hours per event

Role Overview
Join the Oaks of Hope International team when we are out in the community! Whether it’s supporting team members with event setup, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, signing in attendees, or helping sell resources and Oaks of Hope International merchandise, your involvement helps each gathering run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Depending on the event, you may be asked to:
- Set up and break down tables, signage, and materials
- Welcome and check-in guests
- Serve refreshments or help with food preparation
- Pray with or encourage attendees as needed
- Distribute flyers and invite community members to future events
- Assist with photography or social media coverage
- Offer a helping hand wherever needed with a joyful heart
