Volunteer Opportunity: Nonprofit Advisor (Remote) – Transitions Beyond Boundaries, Inc.

Are you an experienced professional who enjoys guiding, building, and pouring into purpose-driven work? Transitions Beyond Boundaries, Inc., a growing 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is seeking dedicated individuals to serve as Nonprofit Advisors to help shape and strengthen our organization’s foundation and future.

Transitions Beyond Boundaries, Inc. is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging transitions, including grief, end-of-life, and personal transformation. Through education, community-based programs, and supportive services, we create safe spaces for healing, growth, and empowerment.

This role is ideal for professionals, retired leaders, or individuals with experience in nonprofit development, healthcare, business, marketing, finance, or community outreach who want to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide strategic guidance and insight to support organizational growth
• Offer feedback on programs, initiatives, and overall direction
• Share expertise in areas such as fundraising, marketing, operations, or partnerships
• Participate in occasional advisory meetings (virtual)
• Serve as a thought partner to leadership as we build and expand

• Individuals with professional or lived experience relevant to nonprofit growth
• Strategic thinkers who enjoy problem-solving and mentorship
• Passion for community impact, healing work, or mission-driven organizations
• Willingness to contribute ideas, insight, and occasional time

Time Commitment:
