Calling on Patriots to visit Patriot (Veteran, Police, Fire, 1st Responder) hospice patients [Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas].

Our Patriot program in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties Provides Companionship, support & recognition to our Patriot Patients who are in hospice care. Your experience in the service gives you a unique understanding of the comradery & ability to give support. You also understand their preference to spend time with someone who has also served.

We are seeking volunteers to provide companionship or respite visits and assist with pinning ceremonies for our patients in hospice.
