    • Content Creation: Designing and publishing engaging multimedia content (2 - 3 posts per week on LinkedIn, Substack) and publishing a monthly newsletter.
    • Community Management: Actively engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster loyalty.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring performance metrics (KPIs) like reach and engagement to optimize future content and report on ROI.

    • Collaboration: Working with the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency during the product/service launches.

    Time Commitment

Asking for a time commitment of 5 to 10 hours per week.

Here is how that time could be allocated for the week:

    • Content Creation & Planning: 3–5 hours (Designing graphics in Canva, writing captions, and scheduling posts).
    • Community Management: 1–2 hours (Responding to comments and engaging with the audience on LinkedIn or Facebook).
    • Strategy & Syncing: 1 hour (Meeting with the Marketing Manager to align on strategy).
    • Analytics & Reporting: 30–60 minutes (Checking what worked and what didn't).
