Volunteer Driver

Drive a Senior volunteer drivers use their own cars to provide transportation to seniors in their community for medical appointments, grocery stores, hair appointments, pharmacies, banks, activity centers, support groups, and other errands. Drive a Senior serves South Austin, Southwest Austin, Lakeway, northern Hays County, and Elgin. North Central, West, and East Austin; Pflugerville; Round Rock; Hutto; and Manor. Even though we cover a large territory, we only allow you to see the rides that are closer to you. Typically a round trip takes 2-3 hours; a one-way drop off is about an hour.

VOLUNTEER DRIVING IS EASY!

• There's no Minimum requirement, you drive at your convenience
• Drivers select rides to fit their own schedules
• Rides can be set up by phone or email
• Family members of any age are encouraged to ride along
