Tampa Bay Academy of Hope’s FAME Mentoring Program is recruiting male group mentors to support young men through structured, consistent group mentoring in schools and Florida DJJ facilities. Many of our students are missing steady male role models, and your presence can be the difference between a young man staying stuck and a young man stepping up. Mentors meet with youth in group sessions focused on leadership, accountability, decision-making, goal setting, respectful communication, and life skills. This is a team-based opportunity: each group is supported by at least three mentors to ensure safety, consistency, and impact.
