Graphic Designer II (Mid-Level / Standard Role) (Volunteer)

Role Summary

Independently delivers design solutions and owns projects from intake through execution while

maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce multi-channel assets (print, digital, web, social, email).
• Applies foundational design principles including typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
• Translate stakeholder needs into effective visual solutions.
• Manage projects from intake through delivery.
• Maintain and enforce brand standards.
• Prepare production-ready files and manage versioning.
• Maintain clean, reusable files and organized asset systems.
• Use Adobe CC and Figma for execution and collaboration.
• Resolve production and workflow issues proactively.
• Demonstrates commitment to the mission of Mentor A Promise and the communities it

serves.

• Works effectively across multiple projects with varying timelines and complexity.
• Maintains strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Adheres to organized file structures, naming conventions, asset management, and reliable

handoff practices.

• Collaborates in a solutions-oriented manner with internal teams, partners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
• Figma or similar tools.
• Understanding of production workflows.
• Strong communication skills.
• Portfolio required for consideration.
