Operation ID Volunteers Needed at Main Street Ministries!

Operation ID, a program through Main Street Ministries Houston, helps people in need obtain Texas ID's, drivers licenses, and birth certificates as a first step toward getting housing, jobs, and education. Interviewing clients to see how we can best help them navigate getting them the documentation they are needing. All training is provided. The Operation ID program happens on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30am to 12:00pm, We are looking for committed volunteers that can help on one or both of those mornings each week. If you're looking for a way to make a difference in the lives of people in our community experiencing poverty, homelessness, substance abuse, reentry from incarceration, or escaping domestic violence, and want to be part of a fun and caring team of volunteers.
