Birthday Cupcake Delivery Driver for Patients in Hospice Care

Join our fleet and deliver joy to your neighbors in hospice care! This may be their final birthday. Let's make it a day where they feel celebrated. We need dedicated volunteers to pick up cupcakes from the main office and deliver them in a timely, cheerful manner. Deliver a bespoke birthday cupcake made by one of our volunteers, light a candle, sing a song, snap a picture! You'll be surprised by how special you make our patients feel. Their smiles are priceless!

Time commitment:

• 1-3 hours, once a month (Sunday-Wednesday TBD once a month)

Service area (your deliveries will be zoned so you only drive a total of 1-3 hours depending on your availability):

• All of San Antonio
• Pearsall
• Blanco
• Seguin
• Boerne
• Converse

Onboarding: All of our volunteers go through our standard onboarding process.

• 1 hour interview
• 4 hour training
• TB test
• Background check

Required:

• Proof of reliable, private transportation
• Proof of auto insurance
• Driver's license
• 18+

Preferred:

• Bilingual Spanish/English
