Volunteer Social Media Reel Creator & Coach

Visiting Dental Hygiene (VDH) is seeking a creative, social-media-savvy volunteer to help us turn our photos and short video clips into engaging Instagram and Facebook Reels that tell the story of our work and impact.

VDH is a Massachusetts nonprofit that brings mobile preventive oral healthcare directly to people who face barriers accessing care. As our organization continues to grow, we'd love help using short-form video to increase awareness of our mission, celebrate our community partnerships, recognize supporters, and share the impact of our work.

What we're looking for:

• Help create short, engaging Reels using video clips and photos provided by VDH
• Add appropriate music, text, transitions, and simple branding
• Help identify which content will work well for short-form social media
• Offer guidance on best practices for Instagram and Facebook Reels
• Most importantly, teach and coach our Executive Director on how to create simple Reels independently, so she can become more comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Instagram, or other easy-to-use platforms

This would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, video editing, or content creation who would enjoy using those skills to support a growing nonprofit.

The time commitment can be flexible, and much of the work can be done remotely. We're not looking for highly produced videos—we're looking for someone who can help us create authentic, engaging content and teach us how to do more of it ourselves.

Your creativity can help us introduce more people to VDH and ultimately help expand access to oral healthcare in our communities.
