illustrators wanted: We know what we stand for. We don’t know what we look like yet.

Hello. We’re Purpose Circle: a small, impact-first organization with humble beginnings and bold intentions. We help people find their purpose and maximize their impact, and we work side by side with people and organizations to turn their impact ideas into realities. We have values we take seriously, a brand book we’re rather proud of, and a website that was built by an AI in a hurry. It shows. We love drawings, and we’re not big fans of stock photos.

That’s where you come in.

Who we’re looking for

Two illustrators. You don’t need to be a professional. We don’t want your CV, your degree, or to know whether your biggest fan so far is your grandmother (grandmothers have excellent taste). What we do want is that you believe in what we do, share our values, and bring optimism and good vibes with you. That’s the whole list. Well, that and being 18 or older.

What you’d actually do

More at the beginning, less later. First, together, we’ll define what Purpose Circle looks like when drawn: our style, our characters, how our ideas and programs come to life on paper and on screen. Then, on an ongoing basis, you’d give us a hand with illustrations for the website and the different projects we’re working on.

The practical bits

• Around 3–4 hours a week. Could be less, could be more, depending on your skills and your life.
• No tools or software needed. A drawing on a piece of paper or a digital file: either is good enough for us.
• This is a volunteer role, so there’s no salary. There is everything else below.

What you get from us

Full flexibility: we’ll follow your pace (unlike our website, we’re never in a hurry). Generous public recognition: your name on what you make, wherever it travels, and your own profile on our site, like every other volunteer. Help with your career, as much as a small team can give: if you’re starting out in the impact world, our mentoring program is open to you from day one; if you’re further along, we’ll find other ways to help. And any support you need along the way. We’re small, and we look after each other.
