TSW Network™ | Volunteer Board of Directors
Location: Phoenix, AZ | Remote Participation Available
TSW Network™ is seeking an experienced financial leader to join our Board of Directors and help guide our next stage of growth.
We are especially interested in retired CFOs, senior financial executives, and/or professionals who enjoy helping emerging nonprofits build financial strength, secure funding, and achieve long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial guidance, oversee budgeting, and plan for long-term sustainability.
- Actively identify and pursue corporate sponsors, donors, and funding opportunities.
- Leverage professional relationships to make introductions and help secure financial commitments.
- Participate in fundraising outreach, including direct conversations with prospective donors.
- Advise the CEO on financial growth, revenue diversification, and organizational sustainability.
- Help strengthen TSW's financial infrastructure and long-term funding strategy.
Ideal Candidate
An experienced CFO or senior financial professional with nonprofit, corporate finance, or financial strategy experience. Previous nonprofit board service is preferred but not required.
We especially welcome retired executives and professionals seeking meaningful board service.
This is an active, working board position for someone who believes in using their expertise, relationships, and leadership to help an emerging nonprofit grow.
