Grace Community Care & Homes seeks a volunteer Legal/Compliance Board Member to help advance our mission of connecting individuals and families with care, housing support, and community resources.

LOCATION

This posting recruits board members in Philadelphia. Board meetings take place quarterly by Zoom, with service supporting Grace Community Care & Homes and the communities we serve.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute governance, policy, and compliance insight; help identify matters requiring professional legal review; support thoughtful risk oversight and clear organizational policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Legal, nonprofit governance, regulatory compliance, or policy experience. Board service does not itself establish an attorney-client engagement. We value collaborative, dependable candidates who are committed to the mission.

BOARD SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

This is an unpaid volunteer board opportunity. Members attend one board meeting per quarter by Zoom, prepare for meetings, participate in fundraising efforts, and pay board dues. The dues amount and other service details will be discussed during the interview process before any commitment.
