NeighborShare is on a mission to build a new kind of safety net — one powered by community, connection, and direct giving. Since launching during the pandemic, we’ve grown into a national network of 58 frontline partners across 19 states, partnering with organizations like Hertz, Synchrony, and the MassMutual Foundation to deliver over $1 million in urgent, just-in-time financial assistance to more than 12,000 neighbors.

We’re looking for highly accomplished, mission-driven leaders — especially those with expertise in marketing, technology, business development, or finance — to help us continue to build the platform, grow our impact, and expand our network.
