The Sugar Hill Workforce Academy opens March 1, 2027. We need 100 Ambassadors to make it happen.

What We Are Building

Face Friends Foundation is establishing the Sugar Hill Workforce Academy — permanent community infrastructure combining a food pantry, a commercial culinary incubator kitchen, and a technical literacy lab in Gwinnett County, Georgia. One of the most diverse counties in the United States. A community where the gap between poverty and economic independence is real, visible, and closeable.

We are not running a campaign. We are building something that lasts generations. And we are six months from opening the doors.

The Opportunity

We are looking for 100 mission-aligned professionals across the country who believe in what we are building and have the network to help fund it.

Our founding Ambassadors are already building their pages and making their first introductions. We are filling the remaining seats now.

If you have ever introduced two people who needed to meet, championed a cause you believed in, or opened a door for someone who needed it — you already know how to do this work.

What an Executive Partnership Ambassador Does

Your annual commitment is one goal: raise $1,000 for Face Friends Foundation through your personal and professional network.

Your first move is simple. You set up a personal Donorbox fundraising page — it takes under five minutes and we send you everything you need the day you say yes. That page becomes your tool. You share it. You make introductions. You have conversations with people who already trust your voice.

How you reach $1,000 is yours to decide. Many Ambassadors get there with two conversations. Some do it in a single introduction to the right corporate partner. Others share their page with their LinkedIn network and let the mission do the work. There is no script. There is no cold calling. You work your own relationships in your own way toward one annual goal.

You are not a fundraiser by title. You are a connector by nature — and that is exactly what this foundation needs right now.

What You Bring

• A professional network with genuine relationships — colleagues, clients, business owners, community leaders, or corporate contacts who respect your voice
• The ability to have a direct, confident conversation about something you believe in
• A genuine connection to the mission of economic equity, workforce development, and community infrastructure
• No prior fundraising experience required — if you can make an introduction and follow through, you qualify

Founding Recognition You are listed as a founding Executive Partnership Ambassador of the Sugar Hill Workforce Academy — on record as one of the 100 professionals who made it possible. That record does not go away when the Academy opens. It is permanent.

Your Personal Donorbox Page Your own branded fundraising page goes live the day you join. Every dollar raised through it is tracked, verified, and attributed to you by name.

Official Certificate of Service A formal certificate recognizing your contribution to the foundation, issued upon completion of your annual commitment.

LinkedIn Verification Your Ambassador role and tenure are verified on the foundation's official LinkedIn page — a credential you can point to and speak to in any professional setting.

Board of Directors Consideration Ambassadors who demonstrate sustained commitment and mission alignment are considered for board membership as the foundation scales. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with an organization building real, lasting community impact.
