About ORD
Oxygen for Relief & Development (ORD) is a registered nonprofit organization based in Yemen, dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities through sustainable projects in food security, WASH, education, and livelihoods.
We maintain an active Google Ad Grants account to increase awareness and reach supporters globally — and we are looking for a skilled volunteer to help us optimize this platform.
Role: Volunteer Google Ads Specialist (Nonprofit Google Ad Grants)
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable volunteer to manage, optimize, and grow our Google Ad Grants campaigns. Your work will directly impact our ability to reach donors, supporters, volunteers, and beneficiaries worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, optimize, and manage Google Ads / Google Ad Grants campaigns
- Improve campaign structure, keywords, and ad groups
- Monitor performance, quality score, and compliance with Google Ad Grants policies
- Create ads that raise awareness and increase website traffic
- Troubleshoot issues preventing impressions or ad delivery
- Provide performance insights and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
- Experience with Google Ads (preferred experience with Google Ad Grants for nonprofits)
- Understanding of keywords, ad structure, and optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign data and propose improvements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to commit weekly volunteer hours
- Passion for humanitarian and nonprofit work
Commitment & Logistics
- Hours: 3–6 hours per week (flexible)
- Location: 100% remote
- Compensation: Volunteer position (unpaid)
