    Who this is for

You've built or led an executive recruiting practice before. You understand how to tune the practice across multiple teams without turning it into a machine. You want to help shape what senior-practitioner recruiting looks like inside a volunteer ecosystem.

    What you'd actually do

Hold the Executive Recruiting practice across the three teams — connecting the three Executive Recruiters, shaping the shared craft, and helping the practice mature into something CrowdDoing can rely on for years.

    • Convene the recruiter circle. Host a regular reflection space for the three Executive Recruiters to share sourcing patterns, hard vets, and shared learnings.

    • Codify the craft. Turn shared learnings into a lightweight playbook — sourcing approaches, vetting frames, invitation templates, landing rituals.

    • Onboard new recruiters. Buddy new Executive Recruiters through their first placements.

    • Tune the pipeline. Notice where the pipeline is thin and help all three recruiters diversify their sourcing.

    • Bring the practice honest. Ask the hard questions when recruiting drifts toward sourcing for sourcing's sake instead of matchmaking.

Why this might be your ikigai

You'll help define what executive recruiting means in an unpaid, purpose-driven ecosystem. You'll shape the practice — not run a recruiting agency — and you'll help other recruiters do better work than they could alone.

Signs this role might fit you

    • You've led or shaped an executive recruiting function before.

    • You can teach the craft without becoming a bottleneck.

    • You're comfortable with a practice that has no compensation lever to pull.

    • You believe the best recruiting is matchmaking, not sourcing.

Signs this role probably isn't for you

    • You want to run every search yourself.

    • You need commission or headcount metrics to feel effective.

    • You'd rather build a recruiting agency than a practice.

    Commitment

Six-month initial commitment. Rhythm co-designed with the three recruiters and the Ikigai Program Owner.

    What you'll be part of

You'll sit at the top of Executive Recruiting at CrowdDoing, connected to the Ikigai Program Owner and the other two program-level people managers (HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition).
