Basket Assembly: May 29, 2026-June 12, 2026 - 4 needed to Create attractive displays for each prize, categorize & package items, group donated items into themed baskets or packages to create appealing Silent Auction Prizes, ensure each package has a clear description and a list of included items, arrange baskets attractively to entice attendees to make Silent Auction bids.
Event Set-Up/Decorating: June 12, 2026, 3pm-6pm, Hunterdon Central HS - 3-6 needed to arrange tables for displaying raffle baskets, set up registration area for checking in attendees and distributing Silent Auction Info., ensure adequate seating and signage throughout the venue, setting up necessary equipment and supplies, setting up decorations, ensure microphones and speakers are functioning properly, set-up background music, set-up Food Vendor area, and Vendor Tables.
Vendor Tables: June 12, 2026, 3pm-9pm, Hunterdon Central HS - 4 needed to cover tables, direct Vendors, and oversee needs of Vendors, check on Vendors throughout event.
Registration Table: June 12, 2026, beginning at 3pm, Hunterdon Central HS - 2-3 needed to handle the registration of tickets during the event including VIP tickets, directing attendees, and distributing Swag bags and Program Books.
Food Vendors: June 12, 2026, 3pm-6pm, Hunterdon Central HS - 2-3 needed to direct Food Vendors, and oversee needs of Food Vendors
Girls Dressing Room: June 12, 2026, 3pm-9pm, Hunterdon Central HS - 2-3 females needed to dress models in Locker Room
Boys Dressing Room: June 12, 2026, 3pm-9pm, Hunterdon Central HS - 2-3 males, 1 female needed to dress models in Locker Room, female will be outside of Locker Room to assist dressed models.
Clean-Up: June 12, 2026, 9pm-end of event, Hunterdon Central HS - 12 needed to breakdown all tables, pack cars, clean up all areas, take care of garbage, drive to Star Thrower Group building, unpack cars and put away all items.
Basket Tables: June 12, 2026, 3pm-9pm, Hunterdon Central HS - 4 needed to organize the presentation of the baskets for Silent Auction attractively to entice attendees to bid on items, manage the Silent Auction, by tracking winners and ensuring that verified winners can easily claim their prizes.
50/50 Ticket Sales: June 12, 2016, 3pm-9pm, Hunterdon Central HS - 2 needed to cover, set up, manage & sell 50/50 tickets, one at table, one on floor throughout event, use a clear and transparent process for drawing and announcing raffle winners, ensure that winners can easily claim their prizes and verify their tickets.
Program Book: June 8-12, 2026, Start Thrower Group, 3-4 needed to copy and assemble Program Books.
