FIND Services is a startup focused on connecting people to remote job opportunities. We’re in the early stages, bootstrapped, pre-revenue and building an MVP. No funding. We've been in it for 2 years now, building the foundation for scalable growth, and looking for a driven COO/Co-founder to lead operations and manage team members. You’ll join two other co-founders, Emerick Sam and Sirri Ayongwa—who are building the product and community.
Key Responsibilities
As COO & Co-founder, you will:
- Design and implement scalable processes for team workflows and day-to-day execution.
- Recruit and manage team members.
- Work closely with the other founders to turn ideas into action, ensuring milestones are met.
- Assist in generating revenue, outreaching to companies & institutions for partnerships.
- Help the company gain traction, define KPIs and optimize for long-term success.
Who We’re Looking For
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who can complete the identity verification required by platforms like Stripe and Printify (government-issued ID, SSN, etc.).
- The ideal co-founder is someone who will treat the company as their own and is equally willing to complete those standard platform verifications.
- No sensitive information is shared with the founders! Any required details are uploaded directly and securely to the respective platforms—never to us.
- Ability to inspire a team, make tough decisions, and take-up multiple skills.
- Can pivot between skills, from ops to marketing (founders are multitaskers).
- Genuine excitement about what we do and the drive to build something from scratch.
Bonus: Proven track record in operations, startup scaling, or team leadership (early-stage experience is a plus).
What You’ll Get
- Equity Stake. Significant ownership in the company as a co-founder.
- Shape the culture, strategy, and future of the business.
- No corporate red tape! Freedom to build systems and lead without bureaucracy.
- Witness the birth of a startup, the good, the bad, and the "why did we think this would work?", gain experience from it all
