LinkedIn Sales Navigator Research Support (Remote)

The Preventive Search and Rescue Initiative (PSAR) is building a growing volunteer network and we need help identifying potential volunteers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role is for someone who already knows how to use Sales Navigator well and can run clean, targeted searches without hand-holding.

This is not a marketing role and not a posting role. It is focused specifically on research and list building.

What You Would Be Doing

• Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to search for potential volunteers based on job titles, skills, industries, and experience
• Building clean lists of potential volunteers (names, roles, links, basic notes)
• Refining searches to improve quality and relevance
• Helping us think through which types of profiles make sense for different volunteer needs
• Delivering organized lists that can be reviewed and used for outreach

What We Are Looking For

• You already know how to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and its filters
• You are comfortable running advanced searches and adjusting criteria
• You understand how to think critically about profiles, not just pull large volumes of names
• You are organized and detail-oriented
• You can work independently and follow direction
• You are comfortable working remotely and communicating by email or shared documents

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with recruiting, sourcing, or research
• Familiarity with nonprofit or volunteer-based work
• Comfort using Google Sheets or similar tools to organize lists

Time Commitment

This role is flexible. We are looking for someone who can contribute a few hours per week and help us build strong, usable volunteer lists. The workload can grow over time if there is a good fit.
