Apartment Life (AL) is looking for Events and Ministry Coordinators to serve in apartment communities across the country.

As a Coordinator, you'll help create an exceptional living experience for residents by planning engaging events, building meaningful relationships, and fostering a welcoming community. If you enjoy connecting with people, serving others, and making a lasting difference, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Events and Ministry Coordinators are passionate about Apartment Life's mission and are committed to creating places where residents feel known, valued, and connected. Through engaging events, genuine hospitality, and intentional relationships, Coordinators help strengthen apartment communities while demonstrating God's unconditional love through everyday interactions.

What You'll Do

• Plan and host consistent, engaging community events.
• Build authentic relationships with residents and apartment staff.
• Welcome new residents and help foster a sense of belonging.
• Provide encouragement, care, and practical support to community members.
• Create a positive, hospitable atmosphere throughout the community.
• Represent Apartment Life with professionalism, integrity, and excellence.

Apartment Life offers both paid and volunteer Coordinator opportunities, depending on the apartment community and location.

• Paid Roles: Some Coordinator positions provide hourly compensation in addition to the opportunity to build meaningful community.

• Volunteer Roles: Volunteer Onsite Coordinators do not receive wages. Instead, they receive significantly reduced housing costs by paying a reduced monthly Apartment Life program fee for their apartment. This allows Coordinators to serve their community while enjoying substantial savings on housing.
