Are you passionate about joining a mission to teach, support, and empower women and girls globally to find their VOICE? The Women's Empowerment Series created the College Women Initiative (CWI) Program to provide the necessary support, resources, and experiences to ensure college students have an enriching, safe, and positive college experience.
As Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the logistics of our CWI activities and events.
Local presence in PA preferred; must be available to attend in-person workshops (Montgomery County / Philadelphia).
Responsibilities:
- Attend student events (x2 per year)
- Manage food deliveries to college students
- Coordinate mentors and ensure they're connecting with students
- Manage event attendance administration, including registration and record keeping
- Engage and follow-up with attendees, including surveys
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and local contacts to promote events/workshops
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
