We are seeking administrative assistance at our Habitat for Humanity location in Ronkonkoma on weekdays to assist with a variety of administrative tasks such as returning emails and calls, assisting the construction director and donations director with mailings and scheduling donation pickups, obtaining invoices and scheduling appointments. If you have any knowledge of Microsoft programs such as outlook and word and have a few hours to spare each week, please come be part of our team and help us keep down our staff cost so we can build more affordable homes for local Suffolk and Nassau residents
All you need to be able to do is have familiarity with using a laptop and be comfortable communicating through phone and email and a willingness to help a nonprofit, that's it!
