About FAITH ALL THE WAY

FAITH ALL THE WAY is committed to designing, building, and launching safe, secure, and motivating housing environments that empower individuals and families to achieve permanent stability. We serve individuals on probation or parole, the unhoused, veterans, seniors, individuals with disabilities, Section 8 voucher holders, and low-income families.

Board Member Role & Responsibilities

Board Members will:

• Provide strategic leadership and governance
• Support organizational growth and sustainability
• Assist with fundraising and partnership development
• Serve as ambassadors within the community
• Uphold the mission, vision, and core values
• Participate in quarterly board meetings
• Support accountability and policy oversight

Ideal Candidates Have Experience In:

• Nonprofit leadership
• Affordable housing or real estate development
• Legal or compliance
• Finance or accounting
• Grant writing or fundraising
• Social services or re-entry programs
• Community development
• Veteran services or public service
• Mental health or counseling
