The Co-Facilitator will support the delivery of the Crowned with Confidence program, designed to empower high school girls in Northeast Baltimore through mentorship, social-emotional learning, and personal development. This role assists the Lead Facilitator in guiding group discussions, hands-on activities, and reflection exercises that promote confidence, leadership, and self-awareness. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, committed to creating a safe and nurturing space, and able to engage young participants with empathy, creativity, and enthusiasm.

Volunteers play a vital role in empowering, educating, and inspiring young women across Baltimore. Please review our process to get started:
- Complete the Volunteer Questionnaire: Share your background, skills, and interests so we can match you with the right opportunity.
- Submit Required Documents: Upload or email your resume, a short bio, and a recent headshot.
- Attend Volunteer Onboarding: All volunteers must attend an orientation session to learn about our mission, programs, and expectations.
- Background Check: A background check is required for volunteers who will be working directly with youth.
- Commitment: Volunteers are asked to commit to the agreed-upon schedule (typically 2–3 hours weekly or biweekly) for the duration of the program cycle.
- Engage and Empower: Come ready to inspire and be inspired! We encourage creativity, consistency, and compassion in every interaction with our participants.
