Descripción
Retrieve voicemails, return phone calls, and schedule appointments for the AARP Tax-Aide Program. Excellent data entry, phone and customer service skills are required. Volunteers must be discreet with and keep client’s personal and financial information confidential. The AARP Tax Aide Program runs from mid-February 2027 to mid-April 2027, but appointment scheduling will begin in late January 2027 and will last about 10 days. Training for the program will begin prior to the start date.
