Descripción
We need Spanish / English clinicians that would love to volunteer to help with patient navigation with our team. We need help once a month consistenly for 5 hours or 10 minutes a week.
We have a organizational culture that creates a catered patient custom experience with social workers and public health leaders.
We would love to have you as a committed to our community. The families we work with are in need of help, sometimes just someone to talk to that they can trust.
