    Fundraising Manager (Volunteer)

    Change Me Foundation Inc is a non-profit organization committed to creating positive change and fostering resilience in individuals and communities. Our mission is to provide support, resources, and opportunities to help people overcome challenges and build a brighter future.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Volunteer Fundraising Manager. As a Fundraising Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to support our mission. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute your skills to a cause-driven organization while gaining valuable experience in nonprofit fundraising.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Strategy Development:** Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
    2. Campaign Management:** Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to engage donors and supporters.
    3. Donor Relationship Management:** Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to enhance their engagement with the organization.
    4. Grant Writing:** Research and identify potential grant opportunities, and collaborate with the team to prepare and submit grant proposals.
    5. Online Fundraising:** Utilize online platforms and social media to create and promote fundraising campaigns, reaching a wider audience.
    6. Data Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records, track fundraising progress, and generate reports as needed.
    7. Budgeting:** Assist in developing and managing fundraising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in fundraising or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team.
    • Passion for the organization's mission and dedication to making a positive impact.
