Spend Time with Patients at Aurora Psychiatric Hospital

This role provides emotional support and comfort to our patients by interacting with them during recreational activity sessions. Volunteers will warmly welcome patients into activity sessions such as games, arts, music, and other activities. The volunteer may develop and coordinate the activity session and/or assist hospital employees with activity sessions. There are opportunities to engage with adults, adolescents, and children.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and commit to at least 64 hours of volunteering. Please note that there is no timeframe in which this needs to be satisfied.
