Traveling can be very stressful, so VIPs help alleviate some of that anxiety through assistance such as:
VIP TRAINING
Training for VIPs includes customer service techniques, check-in procedures, airport services and amenities, travel and hospitality resources, assistance during emergencies and incidents, and computer training. Volunteers are required to complete Security and Badging training and Human Resource trainings. Training for new volunteers is monthly and if you're interested, please attend a virtual information session. VOLUNTEER RESOURCES
