Position Summary
The Staff Training Senior Advisor provides strategic leadership for the development and implementation of staff training programs across the campaign. This role ensures that all staff, volunteers, and key stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and message discipline necessary to operate effectively and consistently. Working closely with senior leadership, this position aligns training initiatives with campaign values, goals, and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise campaign leadership on staff training strategy and professional development priorities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive training frameworks for staff and volunteers
- Ensure training content reflects campaign values, messaging, and operational standards
- Collaborate with communications, field, and operations teams to identify training needs
- Guide the creation of onboarding materials and ongoing education resources
- Support leadership development and message training for senior staff and key surrogates
- Monitor effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
- Provide strategic input during periods of rapid staff growth or organizational change
