As we step into a new year of possibility, WEOP is seeking two passionate, purpose-driven women to join our Board of Directors.
This is more than a board seat, it is an opportunity to be part of a close-knit, visionary group of women committed to advancing economic power, innovation, and opportunity for underrepresented women, particularly women of color.
We are looking for leaders who are:
- Energized by innovation and forward-thinking programs
- Passionate about economic advancement, equity, and community impact
- Ready to roll up their sleeves, share their expertise, and help shape what’s next

Cómo participar como voluntario(a) en esta oportunidad
Once you express an interest in volunteering, we would like for you to submit additional information about yourself. You can submit a vitae, resume, profile, etc., we would like to get to know you. We will then schedule a virtual call or you could come to the office, meet with staff and CEO, get to know us. Then we send a vote to the board and it is final. You will be required to attend an orientation session with staff to get informed about the organization.
