Office Support - Salesforce Experience REQUESTED

Volunteer with Food on Foot to manage data and support our mission!

Why: We utilize our Salesforce system to it's full capacity and our Director of Business Systems needs a little support to help manage the data.

Who: Food on Foot is a nonprofit dedicated to assisting our unhoused and low-income neighbors in Los Angeles with nutritious meals, clothing, and a fresh start through life-skills training, full-time employment, and permanent housing.

What to Expect: Food on Foot is looking to train a small team of data management volunteers to assist in the data management of our Salesforce system. The data management tasks will be delegated by our Director of Business Sytems and only requires a few hours of help per month.

What's Required:

• We hope to get someone with CRM or Salesforce experience. We can train!
• Ability to use basic office equipment such as a computer, scanner, phone, and other small equipment used in this environment
• Basic computer literacy skills such as data entry into spreadsheets, digital letter writing, typing, etc.
• Knowledge of proper writing and grammar rules.
