Well Care Hospice has an URGENT need for Companionship/Friendship (talking, playing games, cards, reading, listening to music, life review, writing) visits with widowed African American female in Winston Salem who is home bound.

Requirements- approximately 13 hours of training provided online or in office per request; TB test paid for and provided in office or at a mutual meeting spot; Valid NC Driver's License; Current proof of vehicle insurance; Permission for back ground checks (cannot have any convictions of elder abuse); Photo for Well Care Badge ID and completion of orientation (aprox 1 hr at office or mutual meeting place).
