The Volunteer Program
Because everyone has unique talents and skills, volunteer tasks are assigned based on what you enjoy doing. Most volunteer opportunities are flexible in time. Volunteer training and educational volunteer in-services are being provided by Elite Hospice throughout the year.
What is hospice? Hospice is a specialized type of care designed to provide support to those facing a life-limiting illness, their families and their caregivers. Hospice care addressed the patient's physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. The goal is to raise the patient's quality of life in a humane and compassionate way so they may live each day pain-free, with as much comfort and dignity as possible.
