At Vitality Hospice, we take great pride in the care we provide, but the most important voices are those of the families we serve. We believe that no family should feel alone on this journey, which is why our Family Check-In Program is so close to our hearts.
We are looking for a compassionate volunteer with a warm phone presence to step into a vital role. By dedicating just two hours a week (for 2-3 weeks out of the month), you can be the bridge that ensures our families feel heard, supported, and reminded that we are here for them 24/7.

Once trained, you can make these calls from your own phone on your own schedule—though you are always welcome to use our office space if you prefer! We are looking for someone to fill the shoes of a beloved volunteer who is heading back to school, and we would love for that person to be you.
The Onboarding Process: To ensure you feel confident and prepared, all of our volunteers go through a comprehensive onboarding and hospice training program. We’ll make sure you have all the tools and knowledge you need before you make your first call.
