Activities
As summer winds down, August is a time to care for the bigger picture. Join us at the Green River to maintain restored areas and support a healthy river ecosystem for the seasons ahead. Bring friends, bring family, and help protect this vital watershed we all share.
We will be removing ivy and blackberry.
All ages OK
What to Bring
Dress for the weather, wear closed-toe shoes, and cover your legs and arms; blackberries can be very scratchy. Bring a full water bottle and, if you have them, tough gardening gloves.
Where to Meet
We will meet in Bicentennial Park and walk to the site, which is located just south of the park, under the bridge, follow the Green River Trail South.
