Job Description:

The Finance Manager oversees the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. This role ensures sound financial management, compliance with regulations, and effective use of funds to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitor financial performance and control expenses
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Manage cash flow, accounts, and financial records
• Support audits and donor financial reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in financial management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and integrity
