Receptionist & Office Assistant

Want to help people get started in their healthcare career? At New Bridge, we train Phlebotomists, Sterile Processing Technicians, and Medical Assistants, but we also do much more than that. We also help students work through any personal issues that could be barriers to success and provide education on things like stress management and trauma informed care.

You would be the first person people see when they arrive and the first voice they hear when they call.

Duties:

• Greeting people as they enter and connecting them with the information, resources, or people they need
• Answering the phone and connecting people with the information, resources, or people they need
• Gathering data from our student information system (SIS)
• Preparing documents and supplies for classes and meetings
