Role Overview

Love INC is seeking Christ-centered leaders to serve on our Board of Directors. This is a working board position, not advisory-only. Board members prayerfully discern God’s will for the ministry and provide governance, leadership, and support to advance our mission in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• • Practice spiritual disciplines and participate in prayerful discernment
  • Provide governance and ensure legal, ethical, and financial accountability
  • Support strategic planning and ministry direction
  • Participate in fundraising and resource development
  • Hire, support, and evaluate the Executive Director
  • Serve as ambassadors to churches, partners, and the broader community

Time Commitment

• • Attend regular board and committee meetings
  • Prepare by reviewing materials and reports
  • Contribute time and expertise outside of meetings as needed

• • Active Christian with a growing faith and commitment to prayer
  • Passion for serving those in need through the local church
  • Willingness to actively engage in a startup, working board environment
  • Ability to lead with integrity, humility, and collaboration
