The Real Wings, Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate volunteers to support our mentoring program for girls ages 10 to 15. We are located in Baltimore city.

The Real Wings, Inc. is looking for volunteers to play a vital role in empowering, mentoring, and supporting young girls as they grow in confidence and character.

Meeting Commitment

Volunteers are expected to:

✔ Attend Wings Team Meetings

• • First Tuesday of each month (October to June)
  • 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (via Zoom)

✔ Attend Youth Meetings

• • Second Saturday of each month
  • Arrive by 10:00 a.m.
  • Location: 5701 Loch Raven Ave.

Volunteer Responsibilities

During meetings and events, volunteers are expected to:

✔ Actively participate as needed

✔ Present and support discussion topics

✔ Demonstrate integrity and accountability

✔ Be approachable, respectful, and loving

✔ Share talents and gifts to support the program

✔ Help promote and sell fundraiser tickets

Additional Expectations

Volunteers are required to:

✔ Follow a business casual dress code

(No sneakers, sweat suits, bonnets, or ripped/washed-out jeans unless notified otherwise)

✔ Wear all pink at the Annual Etiquette Showcase Fashion Show

✔ Assist with creative event planning and coordination
