Volunteer Training Manager (Virtual/Online)

Overview: Help our volunteers succeed from day one. You’ll lead training sessions, update guides, and make sure everyone feels prepared, supported, and confident in their role.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Host live training sessions (online or in person)
• Update training materials and guides
• Provide hands-on role play or scenario practice
• Collect feedback to improve sessions
• Support continuing education and refresher training

Minimum Required Skills/Competencies:

• Confident public speaking and presentation skills
• Knowledge of adult learning or training practices
• Positive, encouraging leadership style
• Comfortable with Google Slides, Zoom, and email tools
• Strong organizational skills
