Volunteers Needed....
To sit with people who are terminally ill for companionship and comfort. WE WILL TRAIN YOU.
We are located in Kearny Mesa but we have opportunities around San Diego County.
The best way to get involved is to contact me at Comfort and Peace Hospice, 619/250-4283 and ask for Connie, or respond through this program.
We are also offering comfort care, respite care, bereavement support, and/or office support.

A compassionate nature and good listening.
Description of job
Offering companionship/emotional support for patient and/or family members. Helping patient with activities, such as reading, writing letter/s, or simply listening to the patient or family member and holding the patient's hand.
