    About The Oazi Project

The Oazi Project organizes volunteer trainings on responsible volunteering, while running a traineeship program where Tanzanian women design and lead these experiences. By building on local perspectives, the trainings help international volunteers better understand the context they enter, question their assumptions, and engage more thoughtfully. In this way, Oazi supports respectful collaboration, genuine connection, and more meaningful contributions between volunteers and communities.

    • Celebration of Success: Collect and share small/big wins, personal growth moments, and team successes so people feel seen and valued.
