Generational Wealth Educators (GWE) is seeking experienced, purpose-driven professionals in real estate, development, finance, law, and housing policy to join our Real Estate Advisory Board.

As a member, you’ll use your expertise to help shape equitable pathways to ownership for low- to moderate-income families across Charlotte and beyond. From advising on housing strategy to opening doors to opportunity, your voice will directly impact how we close the wealth gap, one family at a time.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise GWE leadership on housing strategy, development, and ownership initiatives
• Support the design and rollout of community-based ownership programs
• Serve as a thought partner on policy, investment, and partnership opportunities
• Meet quarterly with fellow advisors (virtually or in-person)
• Champion GWE’s mission within your network

What We’re Looking For:

• Professionals with experience in real estate, development, housing nonprofits, lending, law, or construction
• Passion for equity, ownership, and community transformation
• Willingness to share insights, network, and influence impact
