Our Influencer Marketing Coordinator will manage the end-to-end process of influencer marketing campaigns, focusing on building partnerships, executing campaigns and analyzing the results. They work with influencers, brands, and other marketing teams to maximize campaign impact.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships:Identifying, vetting, and building relationships with relevant influencers.
- Campaign Execution:Managing the daily tasks of influencer campaigns, including outreach, communication, and contract negotiation.
- Content Management:Collaborating with influencers to create engaging and authentic content.
- Performance Tracking:Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and reporting on results.
- Strategic Planning:Contributing to the development of influencer marketing strategies and plans.
- Communication and Collaboration:Working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related digital marketing role, preferably within a nonprofit or cause-driven organization OR a strong desire to learn.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn) and their respective influencer ecosystems.
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and manage relationships with social media influencers.
- Strong understanding of content creation and storytelling for digital audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, basic photo/video editing).
