Our volunteers must pass background checks, complete in office onboarding, and receive TB testing. Volunteers must also have access to a car.
Descripción
We need passionate volunteers to provide companionship to hospice patients in the Lakeway area. Visit with patients in their private home, or in a long-term care setting such as assisted living and memory care communities.
Make your own schedule based on the time you have to share. Sit with a patient and read, look at photos, play cards, work on a puzzle, sit outside and enjoy the fresh air or just be present with them. Make a loving difference in someone's life.
Must be at least 18 years old. We provide orientation, training and ongoing support. Join our award-winning team providing dignified, compassionate, comprehensive end-of-life care.
