Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator (Virtual Volunteer)

Duties:

• Post and update volunteer listings across platforms
• Respond to volunteer inquiries and pre-screen candidates
• Coordinate with interviewers and onboarding leads
• Maintain an active recruitment log
• Track and report recruitment numbers

Required Skills:

• Written communication
• Detail-oriented
• Comfortable using forms and online platforms
• Organized follow-through
• Positive outreach mindset
