Time Commitment: Approximately 5–10 hours per month

About Maya’s Hope

Maya’s Hope Foundation, Inc. is a New York-based nonprofit dedicated to helping children in the Philippines and Ukraine receive life saving surgeries, therapy, and essential support. Since 2010, the organization has delivered direct, tangible impact to children facing poverty, illness, and displacement through a global network of engaged supporters.

Position Overview

Maya’s Hope is seeking one thoughtful, engaged, and mission-driven individual to join its Board of Directors. This role will play a key part in shaping the organization’s strategic direction, expanding its network, and supporting its continued growth and impact.

This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to an organization where your involvement directly translates into life changing outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insight and governance to support organizational growth

• Serve as an ambassador and advocate for Maya’s Hope

• Support fundraising through personal engagement, introductions, and outreach

• Participate in board meetings and key organizational initiatives

• Leverage professional networks to increase visibility and support

• Contribute expertise in your area of professional background

Board Commitment
